Our Construction Cleaning Services - 3 Phases
Phase 1: Rough Clean
The process starts with the rough stage of construction cleaning, when all building framing, electrical work, and plumbing systems are fully installed and complete. At this stage, BeVa removes large items such as debris, residual trash, and other items that can’t be vacuumed. Next, we perform a thorough sweep of the area and vacuum away any remaining materials. This step includes rough cleaning activities like removing stickers from windows and doors, but not cleaning them quite yet.
Phase 2: Light Clean
The second stage of the construction cleaning process, known as light cleaning, is a resource-intensive phase requiring extensive equipment and supplies. Our team of cleaners goes to work on the individual rooms like restrooms, medical exam rooms, and kitchens. Installed objects like sinks, toilets, cabinets, and windows are carefully cleaned.
