Do you cover my area?
Our headquarters is in Munster, and we clean across Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland. If you're not sure your building is in range, call us and we'll tell you straight.
How much will cleaning cost?
Every building is different, so we don't price off a form. We walk your building first, for free, and then you get a written scope for your space and your schedule.
What happens on the walkthrough?
We walk the building with you. We look at the space, the foot traffic, the problem areas and the hours you need us there. You ask whatever you want. After that we write up the scope.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.
Who checks the work?
Your area manager inspects on a schedule: weekly if we clean four or more times a week, every other week for one to three. You get a scorecard and a punch list with a correction date. Photos and video of every visit are in your client login.
Who do I call when something's wrong?
Your area manager. You get a direct line, and your area manager is bilingual. You can also message us in the app, and every request is logged.
Can you clean after hours?
Most of our work happens at night, after your people go home. If your building needs someone during the day, our day porter service covers that.
We already have a cleaning company. How does switching work?
Start with the walkthrough. We write the scope, you give your current vendor whatever notice your contract needs, and we pick a start date that fits. Coverage is planned before the first night, and proof of every visit is in your login from day one.
